Mr. Siragusa has more than twenty years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He born in 1952 - Palermo (Italy) and lived in Rome until he came to the USA – New York in 1974 where he married and had 2 sons. In Italy his family has always been in the Pizza and Restaurant sit in, carry out, delivery and catering business and that is what he initiated during his stay in New York. He opened a Pizza place in Long Island. In 1988 he moved to Florida and opened a Restaurant sit in, carry out, delivery and catering in Palm Beach Gardens called Sal Pizza Restaurant sit in, carry out, delivery and catering. MARIO THE BAKER hired him in 1995 where in 2000 with 2 partners he was able to buy MARIO THE BAKER with its brand and trademark. MARIO THE BAKER was founded in 1969 and it has been the place in Miami where the food has been always appreciated. The product considered one of the best in its speciality and because being very profitable, he decided to expand it in a franchise concept.
Other 4 locations in Coral Gables, Miami Downtown, Doral and Aventura are taken care by his 2 sons.

He born in Rome Italy and worked for long time in an Italian flight company as a crewmember. From 15 years he has been an investor in the USA and finally he became partner in all the MARIO THE BAKER’s locations. His business experience is as a tourism expert and food and beverage consultant. He is a cofounder of FRANCFOOD SERVICES, INC. His occupation covers the strategic development of the Company. He married with America citizen. Gino Aprile has studied in the University of Rome.
